Monthly GGS contract scorecard
Monthly contract scorecards have been developed in conjunction with the No Order Left Behind Initiative.
Monthly emails began in April 2023 to provide GGS contractors increased visibility into their order fulfillment performance.
The performance metrics and minimum accepted levels for these metrics are:
- Acknowledgement Status Performance: 95%
- Shipment Status Performance: 90%
- On-Time Performance: 80%
These metric formulas [PDF - 137 KB] and minimum accepted levels have been developed in accordance with GGS contract requirements [PDF - 204 KB] as a means to evaluate contractor performance.
Future additions for the Monthly GGS Contractor Scorecard include: Cancellation Rate and Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) to include National Customer Service Center (NCSC) discrepancy cases.
Additionally, GSA is exploring development of a singular Contract Scorecard to include all performance metrics for both GGS orders and Advantage orders.
