Scope
Alliant 2 offers worldwide coverage and a full range of comprehensive IT services-based solutions in standard and non-standard IT labor categories including artificial intelligence, distributed ledger technology, robotic process automation, and other emerging technologies. Contracting officers may include ancillary services and equipment on orders as long as the ancillary support is integral and necessary for the IT services-based solution.

News, events, and training
- In December 2024, the $75 billion ceiling on Alliant 2 was increased by an additional $7.5 billion, to $82.5 billion. This increase will ensure the availability of the Alliant 2 GWAC to support government agency requirements and ensure continuity of acquisition plans.

- All members of the acquisition team are encouraged to attend Alliant 2 Delegation of Procurement Authority training. DPA training is required for contracting officers prior to placing task orders on the contract, and is available in several formats: live webinars, or a review of the contract ordering guide. Pricing
Ordering contracting officers can use these benchmarked labor rates to estimate the total cost of the order and the Independent Government Cost Estimate. You must determine:
- Whether the total price for the order is fair and reasonable given the requirements of each order.
- The appropriate level of effort and mix of labor to perform the task.
- The appropriate contract type.
Alliant 2 Labor Pricing, Years 6–10 [XLSX - 431 KB] [XLSX - 431 KB]includes wages, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit for work performed in the continental United States. They apply only to time-and-materials and labor-hour orders, and do not include the 0.75% contract access fee.
