Office of Network Services Programs

The Office of Network Services Programs develops and manages programs that provide telecommunications to federal agencies, including administrative and technical support.

The Office of Network Services Programs accomplishes this by:

  • Effectively leveraging competition to offer the best available telecommunications services and solutions at the best overall prices in the marketplace.
  • Providing a customer focused, highly responsive, and fully integrated approach to helping federal agencies.

Office of Network Services Programs contracts

NETWORX

Two broadly scoped acquisitions providing access to a broad range of domestic and international network services to federal agencies at the lowest possible price.

 

Satellite Communications (SATCOM)

A joint strategy between Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and GSA to replace expiring satellite contracts.

 

CONNECTIONS II

CONNECTIONS II is a $5 billion, 10-year multiple award contract that will be the government’s one-stop shop for obtaining campus telecommunications infrastructure.

 

MANAGED MOBILITY

GSA’s Managed Mobility Program defines solutions that allow government to securely deploy and manage mobile applications.

SATCOM-II

Full range of commercial satellite services and end-to-end solutions including satellite phones, bandwidth, and terminals.

WIRELESS FSSI

The Wireless FSSI program will improve the procurement and management of wireless services across government.

FEDERAL RELAY (FEDRELAY)

Telephone and Internet-based communication access for federal employees who are deaf, hard of hearing, and speech disabled. 

TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPENSE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (TEMS)

Convenient and single-source for ordering and managing wireless devices and service from regional or local carriers.

LOCAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES CONTRACTS

Full range of first mile/last mile services and solutions.
