Financial Workforce Management
These services ensure that your agency has access to the skilled financial personnel it needs by providing professional staffing on a temporary basis, as well as a wide range of financial and professional training services.
GSA’s Staffing Solutions allow federal agencies to quickly respond to changing professional and administrative staffing requirements that arise when critical projects temporarily warrant more assistance, or when key staff members are unavailable for work due to emergency, accident, illness, family responsibilities, jury service, etc. Positions can be filled for an initial 120 business days with ability to extend for an additional 120 days, not to exceed 240 days.
Federal agencies have unique missions, run different systems, and operate purchasing plans with diverse levels of contracting expertise. In response, GSA offers a variety of purchasing programs to fit each agency’s requirements. Purchasers can call on GSA’s office of specialists, who will customize a program for their agency.
