Submit A Nomination

To nominate a program or professional for a Federal Aviation Award, you must provide the required documentation as detailed below. All submissions must be in Arial 12 font, single-spaced and 1" margins top and bottom, left and right. Each nomination must be signed by an agency’s Interagency Committee for Aviation Policy (ICAP) representative.

Submission requirements depend on the award type:

Aviation Program:   Submit the documentation as listed under the criteria. The nomination form must be signed by your agency’s Interagency Committee for Aviation Policy (ICAP) representative and a sponsoring official at a level above the program.

Aviation Professional: Submit the documentation as listed under the criteria. The nomination form must be signed by your agency’s ICAP representative and the professional's supervisor.

You may submit your nominations by email or mail. It is best to scan your document and email.  Nominations must be received by close of business June 1, 2014.  Please submit nominations to:
