GSA eLibrary. GSA eLibrary provides the latest GSA contract award information. GSA offers unparalleled acquisition solutions to meet today's acquisition challenges. Customer Guide to Real Property. The Customer Guide to Real Property explains how to request, use, service space and the associated programs.   It also provides general information such as occupancy services, security and law enforcement and programs for tenants.  Services provided may vary by a number of factors and GSA’s regional and field officials can tell you more about these variables.  

The Pricing Desk Guide. Although the Pricing Desk Guide is designed as a resource for PBS staff, it also services as a resource for client agencies seeking a more thorough understanding of pricing policy and its application.  The guide presents the policies and procedures that GSA uses to price real estate and related services for its federal clients.
