The Partnership for Public Service and the American University’s Institute for the Study of Public Policy Implementation "Best Places to Work in the Federal Government" rankings, again list GSA amont the Top 10.
The results are based on the Office of Personnel Management's Federal Human Capital Survey. This survey has been administered four times and each time GSA has ranked in the Top 10.
The most recent survey results place GSA eighth for overall workplace satisfaction out of 31 large federal agencies. We ranked second in the work/life balance and pay categories. We finished in the Top 3 in the following categories: effective leadership (empowerment); family friendly culture and benefits; training and development; performance-based rewards and advancement; and strategic management.
We also were in the Top 5 in these categories: support for diversity; effective leadership ( leaders); effective leadership (overall); and teamwork.
