Aviation Resource Management Surveys (ARMS)

The GSA-sponsored Aviation Resource Management Survey (ARMS) program helps federal agencies manage aviation assets. ARMS survey teams assess an aviation program’s safety, operations, training, maintenance, and facilities to achieve the highest industry standards.  The ARMS program is crucial in preventing accidents and helping agencies comply with federal standards.

Under this program, an agency may request an ARMS assessment from the Interagency Committee for Aviation Policy (ICAP). ICAP will organize a team of experts to do a comprehensive review of the aviation program and ultimately delivers detailed observations and recommendations to the requesting agency.

To request an ARMS survey, please contact Mike Miles, michael.miles@gsa.gov.
