Domestic Delivery Service (DDS) Town Hall Meetings
GSA is partnering with UPS, the new Domestic Delivery Service (DDS) provider, to hold periodic town hall meetings for customer federal agencies. These meetings are intended to address questions and provide clarity on certain aspects of the DDS program.
The meetings will be held every two weeks to help with the initial transition. The subsequent meetings will be monthly, and will focus on sharing best practices and lessons-learned. These communities of practice meetings are intended to be educational and interactive.
