The 650 Missouri Ave. Federal Building, built in 1966, is adjacent to the Melvin Price U.S. Courthouse, located in the central business district of East St. Louis, Ill. The building, primarily used for court-related agencies and the Social Security Administration (SSA), features a penthouse and flat roof.

Parking and Public Transportation A surface parking lot is located on-site. Public transportation is available via train and bus, with stops for both located a block away from the Federal Building. See the St. Louis Metro Transit website for schedule and fare information.

Key Tenants Major tenants include U.S. Probation, Public Defender, and Social Security Administration. Other tenants include the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Trustees. The latest GSA/Gallup tenant satisfaction survey (2012) resulted in a 72% "more than satisfied" rating (four or five on a five-point scale).
