GSA Region 9 is planning power purchase contract for a developer to design, install, own and operate on-site photovoltaic systems at federal sites in northern California. The purpose of this notice is to advise general contractors of the U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA's) upcoming construction procurements for a Training Center in Virginia. There will be a total of four separate construction contracts. All four contracts will be fully designed (design-bid-build). The first two construction contracts will be advertised in FedBizOpps on or about 12/19/14. A detailed description of these procurements will be provided at that time.
Construction Management as agent (CMa) and Commissioning services for the project have already been awarded.
