GSA, in coordination with the U.S. Department of State, proposes to prepare a master plan for the Potomac Hill Campus, which is property consisting of two adjoining federally owned historic parcels known as Navy Hill and the Potomac Annex.
GSA is seeking to find a new headquarters location for the FBI. The project involves exchanging the existing building for a new facility that can accommodate the FBI's headquarter operations and allow it to consolidate into one location.
