Chapter 8. GSA Has the Right to Monitor and Remove Comments
GSA recognizes First Amendment rights and will allow various comments, viewpoints and opinions. In fact, social media usage is designed to solicit that input. However, the agency can monitor and remove comments that are political, target specific individuals or groups, are commercial in nature, are abusive or are similarly unacceptable. Contact the GSA’s Office of General Counsel (or your agency's office) as situations arise that may require the monitoring or removal of comments posted on or to your social media site.
