The customer care managers listed below are dedicated to ensuring your GSA Telepresence experience is positive and productive. Customer care managers provide access to the building and telepresence room and help you get settled in before your meeting. They are your on-site contact for any questions or issues you may have before or during your telepresence meeting.

The GSA Telepresence rooms will typically be open during each building’s business hours. If you need to schedule a telepresence meeting after business hours, arrange access with the customer care manager.

What if I need to cancel a meeting?

To cancel a GSA Telepresence meeting, contact your scheduler. Please cancel your meeting as soon as possible so others can use the rooms.
