Comprehensive Site Assessment Report (CSAR), Sievers-Sandberg USARC [PDF - 4 MB]
    PARS Environmental Inc
    October 2012

Note: This report incorrectly states (a) that the utilities/utilities distribution systems located on Sievers-Sandberg USARC were transferred out of USA ownership (Section3.23_P.23-24, Section3.2.7_P.27-28, Section3.2.8_P.28,Section3.2.9_P.28,Section3.2.10_P.29) These utilities are described in the Army’s 2005 FOST and were intended to be conveyed to the Township under BRAC authority shortly after the FOST was issued as part of the larger fee parcel conveyance. However, there is no documentation provided by the Army, the Township, or in the public records that reflect that the utilities were ever conveyed out of USA ownership. (b) the PARS site boundary plan delineates that the water tower and the underlying fee are still in USA ownership. That portion of the property was conveyed to the Township (2005). See 2018 boundary survey.
