The Robert V. Denney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse is a modern, five-story steel structure in Lincoln, Neb. The building is named after the late U.S. District Court judge and U.S. House of Representatives member. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, judiciary, and district courts serve as the building's primary tenants.

General Building Information
Hours of Operation
The Robert V. Denney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse is open 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. All visitors must have a valid picture identification and must pass through the security screening area located at both building entrances. All items (including canes, medical devices, laptops, purses, postage items etc.,) will be X-rayed. All visitors, clients and delivery personnel will also be required to pass through a walk-through magnetometer prior to gaining access to the building.
Child Care Center
The Robert V. Denney Child Care Center is a state-of-the-art facility accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Located on the first floor, it can support up to 76 children, ranging from newborn to five years of age. For more information, contact the director at (402) 437-5757.
Limited visitor parking is available in the federal parking garage, which is located on N Street between 15th Street and Centennial Mall. Visitors must enter the garage from N Street, and must sign in for the parking garage each day to ensure their car will not be towed as an unauthorized vehicle.
Vending machines serviced by the Nebraska Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired are located on third floor in suite 354 and in the basement in suite B52.
