Human Resources Services
Professional support services such as Human Resources (HR) program development, and executive searches, or planning services that include modeling, forecasting, and needs analysis are available to federal customers.
Pre-Employment Screening is available to customers, offering high-end security background checks. HR consultants are available to conduct surveys and assessments in support of workforce improvements. Federal customers can purchase recruitment and placement services from web-based global recruiting firms through a yearly, or increment subscription service.
HR specific workshop training in support of staff development and coordination in tailored, or off the shelf format can be obtained. These workshops assist in fulfilling yearly educational obligations, and are designed to provide support to supervisors, and human resource managers in planning staff development.
