Criteria for 2013 - 2014 Federal Mail Awards

The Interagency Mail Policy Council's Best Practices Working Group will judge nominations based on your responses to the following questions:

Performance Measures:

1. What are you measuring to determine your performance
2. What are the baselines for these measures
3. How is data collected agency wide

Improved Business Practices:

1. Describe the improved business practices including the impact on your business (old vs. new process/operations)
2. Improvements to customer service
3. Increased efficiencies
4. Changes to resource requirements

Savings:

1. Are savings expected to continue yearly?
2. Did your agency incur any expenses in implementing the improved business practice?
3. Provide specific examples and data that compare these costs with previous expenditures.
