Clients Visit GSA Regional Office in Philadelphia for First-Hand Look at Our Operations
Fifteen clients recently visited the GSA Mid-Atlantic Regional Office in Philadelphia to learn first-hand about the work GSA does to support their agency’s operations and missions. The GSA Public Buildings Service, Office of Client Solutions hosted this client rotation which included representatives from the Social Security Administration, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Labor, and the Courts.
GSA Regional Directors and staff met with the clients to discuss their roles and how they fit into GSA’s project and service delivery. They also listened and responded to clients’ questions and concerns. Our clients also learned more about workplace, mobility, and lease administration.
Department of Labor Telecommunications Specialist Deirdre Weaver shared, "I felt that the information was presented in a very clear and concise manner. Each presenter was very open to questions and responded in an empathetic and helpful way."
These client rotations create an opportunity for GSA to provide our clients with insight into our operations, while helping GSA better understand our clients' business needs.
