ePM DQAs & OBAs
ePM Desktop Quick Applications and Office Business Applications (OBAs)
There are several Desktop Quick Applications and Office Business Applications (OBA) that were developed to assist external users with entering information into ePM. An OBA allows users to enter data in Excel spreadsheets that will create the ePM records for you. There are Quick Reference Guides that can be used to provide additional guidance for how to use each tool. All of these files require login to ePM and the security levels are the same as within ePM. Please note that if you are using a GSA computer then you should not download the files below. Similar files are available for download and installation through the GSA Delivery Service Manager (DSM) Software Catalog.
Contact Importer [ZIP - 1.8 MB] - This is a Desktop Quick Application (DQA or 'Quick App') that will assist the GSA System Administrators by allowing entry and updates of contract information.
Schedule Import DQA [ZIP - 1.3 MB] - The Schedule Import DQA is a utility that allows the ePM Scheduler to upload and manage Primavera P6 EC XER files, and Microsoft Project XML files into a ePM Project. The utility will import *WBS Codes, **Activity Codes, tasks and milestones, and links and dependencies.
File Uploader DQA [ZIP - 2.6 MB] - The Batch File Uploader DQA allows ePM users to upload a batch of Source and/or Presentation files in a single step. Users can also provide meta-data describing the files for upload using a standard Microsoft® Excel template.
Office Business Applications
Contracts and Contract Modifications OBA [ZIP - 2.4 MB] - This OBA allows you to enter new and update existing contracts and contract modifications in ePM. This OBA is used by Construction Managers, General Contractors, Vendors, GSA Project Managers and GSA Contracting Officers.
Design Review OBA [ZIP - 2.4 MB] - The Design Review OBA allows users to submit comments concerning an active Design Submission. This OBA does not allow creation of new Design Review documents. This OBA is used by GSA Project Manager, Architect/Engineers, Customers, and other Design Document Reviewers.
Invoices OBA [ZIP - 2.2 MB] - This OBA allows users to easily enter invoices that have been submitted manually by contractors. This would be useful for General Contractors to submit their invoices to the GSA PM for review and approval. This OBA is used by General Contractors, Vendors and other GSA Project team members.
Misc Expenses OBA [ZIP - 2.4 MB] - The Misc Expense OBA allows users to enter miscellaneous expenses across multiple projects within a program. The system will then automatically create miscellaneous expense records in ePM to represent the expenses entered. This application would be useful for entering small expenses to a project, ones that do not require a contract. This OBA is used by Construction Managers and other GSA Project team members.
Submittals OBA [ZIP - 2.4 MB] - The Submittal OBA will allow users to create new submittals and edit existing submittals for a project. This OBA is used by General Contractors, Construction Managers (CMa), Architect/Engineers, and GSA Project Managers.
Punchlist OBA [ZIP - 2.4 MB] - This OBA allows users to create and edit Punchlists on a project. This OBA is used by General Contractors, Architect/Engineers and GSA Project Managers.
