"If You See Something, Say Something" Security Campaign Expands

December 8, 2010 By Marie-Alice Denis WASHINGTON, Dec. 8, 2010 – The “If You See Something, Say Something” security awareness campaign launched by the Department of Homeland Security with support from GSA encourages federal employees and visitors nationwide to be more proactive if they see something suspicious, and to report it immediately to the authorities. Johnson, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, Federal Protective Service Director L. Eric Patterson, and GSA Public Buildings Service Commissioner Robert A. Peck were on hand Dec. 8 at the Ronald Reagan International Building in Washington, D.C., to announce the expansion of nationwide campaign to 9,000 federal buildings. The campaign’s poster will be visible in all GSA buildings as a reminder to all to report any suspicious activities to help keep federal agencies safe and secure.
