Real Property Innovation Achievement Award Program
GSA established the Achievement Award for Real Property Innovation to motivate federal agencies to improve real property management. The program recognizes an agency's success and communicates cutting-edge ideas to agencies striving to improve their real property asset management.
The GSA Achievement Award for Real Property Innovation helps support federal agencies achieve the goals of the President's Management Agenda and improve federal real property stewardship as a whole.
GSA will focus on four topic areas for the award program: Asset Management, Sustainability, Workplace Innovation and Best Adopted Practices.
Exemplary entries will be presented with an engraved award that symbolizes their commitment to innovation and excellence in real property stewardship. In addition, all entries will be highlighted in the "GSA Achievement Award On-line Publication," and posted on the GSA Office of Real Property Management website.
