Experience GSA eBuy for NASA Ames

eBuy is GSA's online Request for Quote (RFQ) system designed to simplify the entire competitive acquisition process.

Federal buyers use eBuy to create requirements for complex services or products, compete those requirements among the GSA Schedule, Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) vendor community, receive and evaluate quotes, and make award notifications online.

This course is designed to teach federal buyers exactly how to use the system by going "live" on eBuy and navigating the site. The teaching walks through the creation, evaluation, modification, and awarding of an RFQ.

Focus will also be given to features exclusive to the latest version of eBuy, including intelligent category selection, the ability to request quotes from BPAs, and the ability to watch RFQs.
