The Burr Ridge Conference Center (BRCC or "Brick") is the Chicago area's newest full-service conference facility for use by federal agencies. Located in the southwest suburb of Burr Ridge, just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, the BRCC offers federal agencies highly affordable half-day, daily, and weekly meeting room rates through the operation of the General Services Administration (GSA).

Meeting Rooms 
The BRCC can handle your meeting needs whether you have a group of five or more than 100. In fact, when combined with the side rooms, the main meeting room can hold as many as 200 people in a theater style setting. Most of the BRCC's six meeting rooms can be set up in a variety of styles, including theater, classroom, and several break-out formats.

Full Service Media 
The BRCC meeting rooms come fully equipped with wireless Internet access, computer projectors, screens or monitors, cable TV, audio conference phones, flip charts, and white boards. The main meeting room and adjoining side rooms also have microphones, and an A/V package is included with the full room fee. Three rooms also offer video conferencing for an added fee.

Other Amenities
Designed as an executive meeting space, the BRCC also features a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and vending machines, as well as a break room that can accommodate deliveries from local restaurants and caterers. The center also features several comfortable informal teaming areas and a formal board room.

Location 
Located in the southwest suburb of Burr Ridge, just north of I-55 and west of I-294, the BRCC is a 30-minute drive from downtown Chicago. The Metra Burlington Northern line's Hinsdale stop is within three miles of the center, and two shopping centers with a wide variety of dining options are located within two miles.
