Our voluntary and employee-driven affinity and employee resource groups provide ways for our employees to organize around shared interests, identities, or experiences. They play a critical role in ensuring everyone, including those in historically underrepresented and underserved communities, have a safe space to gather socially, share ideas, and support each other outside of their business units.
