Interagency Committee on Property Management
Interagency Committee on Property Management (ICPM)
The Interagency Committee on Property Management (ICPM) promotes efficient and economical use of personal property assets and sound governmentwide personal property policies. The ICPM is composed of representatives from federal agencies that manage personal property.
GSA chairs the committee. In addition, the ICPM chair may appoint working groups to study specific topics as needed. Working Group members do not need to be agency representatives.
The ICPM regularly evaluates regulations and guidance and identifies needed updates. It also shares and promotes best practices in personal property management. The ICPM also provides personal property training together with GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS).
ICPM meetings are routinely held in October and April. Special meetings are called as needed.
