For vendors who are not current holders of GSA schedule or governmentwide acquisition contracts:
During natural disasters, people need many products and services for relief, cleanup and restoration. If you’re a vendor who supplies the products or services and you want to be considered as potential sources of supply, Register with the System for Award Management.
For vendors who already hold GSA schedule or GWAC contracts
Contracting officers working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency during relief efforts use existing contracts found in GSA eLibrary, GSA Advantage!, and GSA eBuy to source needed goods and services. Vendors don’t need to make separate offerings during times of emergency.
