Where is GSA in your neighborhood?
Where is GSA? The answer is, everywhere.
With facilities in more than 2,000 communities nationwide, chances are that at some point you have seen, passed by, or conducted business in a GSA building. Such a significant and widespread presence means that GSA’s real estate actions—decisions on where to locate and relocate, how to design and orient our buildings, and how to interact with local streetscapes and stakeholders, among others—have an impact on the community experience of many Americans.
As GSA’s real estate actions fulfill the workplace needs of Federal agencies, GSA also has the responsibility to consider local development goals. Federal law and executive orders establish this responsibility, and sound business practices reinforce its importance.
