Transportation Accounts Receivable Payable System (TARPS)
The Transportation Accounts Receivable Payable System (TARPS) is used by Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) to record protests and track their progress through an easy-to-use, web-based process.
Note: Effective July 1, 2013 we will no longer accept fax copies of Notice of Overcharge (NOC). Please forward them via email to: email@example.com until further notice.
- Resolve protest issues;
- Save money by eliminating paper and mailing costs; and
- Minimize opportunity for manual errors.
How Does It Work?:
Transportation Audits will set a TSP up with two types of user accounts in the on-line TARPS system, which are super user and sub-user. The super user will have the ability to create sub-user and additional super user accounts, specifically for a given Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC). We request that the TSP submit multiple SCACs, so super user and sub-user IDs can be categorized under them.
How to Get Started:
The Transportation Audits division is here to help make the protest process faster and easier.
If you are interested in participating and want to get started in using this new tool, please contact Monique Duncan at (703) 605-2881, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide her with a list of SCAC(s) and contact information for the super user of your choice.
