GSA Awards Telecommunications Support Contract 2

The U.S. General Services Administration's Federal Telecommunications Service has awarded the Telecommunications Support Contract 2 (TSC2) to Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., for an estimated contract value of $58, 323, 464.42.
The TSC2 will provide professional telecommunications support services to agencies worldwide. Support services include telecommunications planning; analytical support; acquisition support; installation, integration, and implementation support; and operations and maintenance support.
In the past the TSC program has proven to be a valuable tool in support of agencies' telecommunications needs. With the new TSC2, agencies will now have the ability to satisfy telecommunications requirements on a worldwide basis which is of considerable benefit to the Department of Defense, Federal law enforcement and many civilian agencies.
The contract is to run from September 6, 1996 through September 5, 1998 with three optional one year periods. The total life of the contract is not to exceed 5 years.
