IT Solutions Shop (ITSS)
The IT Solutions Shop (ITSS) allows customer agencies, industry partners, and GSA staff to work on a common online platform to develop purchase orders.
Customer agencies can:
- Submit, process, and award purchase orders;
- Submit order modification proposals; and
- Get immediate notification when orders are awarded.
Industry partners can:
- Receive email notices when invited to submit a bid on a Request for Quotes (RFQ);
- Check order statuses;
- Submit monthly status reports or technical reports; and
- Submit invoice acceptance forms (Acceptance Information) to customer agencies.
