Students will gain a firm understanding of how to plan, coordinate and execute conferences in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR), Executive Directives, Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeal (CBCA) decision.

- Planning a Conference;
- Estimating the Budget;
- Selecting the Location;
- Obtaining Proposals;
- Selecting a Property;
- Preparing an Agenda; and,
- Making Arrangements.
Intended for: Meeting planners, Conference planning personnel, Budget officers, Program support staff, Contracting officers, Legal staff (executive branch including DOD) and Office of the Inspector General support staff
