Sara Manzano-Diaz, Acting Regional Administrator for the Southeast Sunbelt

Region 4 welcomes Sara Manzano-Díaz, GSA Regional Administrator for the Mid-Atlantic Region who is also serving an expanded role as Acting Regional Administrator for the Southeast Sunbelt Region. Mrs. Manzano-Díaz has decades of experience in public service at the local, state, and federal levels. Since last May, she has done an outstanding job as GSA’s Regional Administrator for the Mid Atlantic Region. 

In addition, we rely on the experience, leadership, and expertise of John Smith, Regional Commissioner for the Public Buildings Service, and Erv Koehler, Regional Commissioner for the Federal Acquisition Service, to ensure that Region 4 continues to make great things happen, both in the Southeast Sunbelt Region and throughout the country.
