Meet Ian Willard: DFC Property Manager
Ian Willard is the most recent addition to the the DFC Property Management team. He resides on Team 3 and is managing Building 67 among many other duties. He was previously located with GSA in the National Capital Region (NCR) in Washington, D.C. where he was the building manager for Postal Square, a portfolio lease and the Thomas P. O'Neil Jr. Federal Office Building (FOB 8), a building that was undergoing a full renovation. Some of his previous tenants included the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Architect of the Capitol, the Smithsonian and Health and Human Services.
Ian began his career with NCR as a Federal Career Intern, and completed job assignments ranging from maintenance and energy, budget, and the Presidential Transition Team. Prior to working with GSA, Ian worked in the banking industry and has a background in construction. He has an undergraduate degree from Westminster College in Pennsylvania, and masters certificates in both Project Management and Facilities Management, both from George Mason University.
In his spare time, Ian enjoys hiking and building electronics. He also enjoys his two horses and cats!
Meet Joe Fuentes: DFC Property Manager
Joe Fuentes is another recent addition to the Denver Federal Center Property Management team. He relocated here from GSA Region 7 in Fort Worth, Texas where he served as Senior Project Manager for the leasing division. Upon arrival at the DFC, Joe managed Buildings 710, 710A, 720, 44, 45, 46, 54 and 55. He will be changing buildings with Dana Dening over the next few weeks and will begin managing Buildings 41, 44 and 55. Dana will be managing Buildings 710, 710A, 720, 46, 45, 54 and continuing to manage the Daycare buildings.
Joe is from Austin, Texas and graduated from college in Missouri. Since moving to Colorado, he has successfully tackled eight 14'ers and has become an instant Broncos fan. He enjoys hanging out with his family, hiking and hunting.

The Denver Chapter of Young Government Leaders (YGL) is looking for new members interested in becoming part of a nationwide organization that focuses on professional development activities, networking opportunities, social events and community outreach.
They are a professional organization of men and women employed by the federal, state, and local government in the Denver metro area. Their mission is to educate, inspire, and transform the current and future leaders of the government.
Recent activities included a “Lunch-n-Learn” hosted by the mayor of one of Colorado’s largest cities, a holiday food drive, and networking happy hour and monthly networking lunches.
