Comprehensive Human Resources Integrated System (CHRIS)

CHRIS is utilized by HR professionals to document employment (i.e., changes in salary, position or benefits). Employees utilize the CHRIS Personal Self-Service function to view their personnel data, update their RNO and Training information through the web. Access CHRIS.

Employee Express (EEX)

Employee Express allows employees to view their biweekly pay and leave information online and to make changes to their personnel-payroll information. Access Employee Express.

PAYROLL Applications

The following applications are only available to client agencies of the PAR System. These sites will require sign in by user name and password:

History Access Reports for Payroll (HARP)

HARP is a web based application that contains biweekly payroll f reports produced by the GSA Payroll, Accounting and Reporting System (PAR) for client use. Access HARP .

Electronic Time and Attendance (ETAMS)

ETAMS is used world-wide by GSA HR LOB Customers to record and certify pay and leave data for federal employees. Access ETAMS through FEDDesk.

Web PAR Accounting Code Changes (WEBPACC)

WebPACC is a web based application within GSA’s FEDDesk that customers use to make accounting code changes for their employees. Access WebPACC through FEDDESK.
