CHRIS User Access
Completion of the CHRIS User Access form below is required for access to professional CHRIS responsibilities. This form should follow the designated routing path: 1) the user's supervisor; 2) CHRIS Manager; 3) submission to the CHRIS Helpdesk: gsa.chris@gsa.gov.
Note: This access form is not intended for new CHRIS users. For access to CHRIS as a new user, please follow the Account Setup instructions on gsa.gov/chris.
