If you feel that you were discriminated against when applying for employment at GSA or as a current or former GSA employee based on your race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation involving transgender status/gender identity, sex-stereotyping, and sexual harassment), national origin, age, disability, genetic information or retaliation (for initiating a complaint or participating in the EEO process) you have 45 calendar days, with some exceptions, from the date that the discrimination occurred to initiate an informal complaint through the EEO process. In addition, if the discrimination involved a personnel action (for example, a demotion or firing),you have 45 calendar days from the date the personnel action takes effect to to initiate an informal complaint through the EEO process.

We investigate and process program complaints concerning Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Section 508). You may file an administrative complaint [PDF - 109 KB] requesting that existing information and communication technology (ICT), such as a GSA branded web page or non-accessible document, be reviewed and brought into compliance with the provisions of Section 508.
