Federal, state, local, territorial, tribal agencies, and non-governmental organizations can use the Cloud SIN. Some organizations may be eligible to use Cooperative Purchasing and Disaster Purchasing programs. If you aren’t sure, check your eligibility.
Remember to follow your agency’s procedures and review buying guidance where available. See our Cloud SIN ordering guidance for details, templates, and more.
Cloud service providers who have a cloud service offering used by the federal government should review FedRAMP certification requirements.
Current contract holders can submit a modification to add a SIN in the eOffer/eMod portal. If you’re new to MAS, follow the MAS Roadmap guidance for preparing and sending an offer.
