DotGov Domain Policy Registrar

The DotGov Domain Policy Registry and Management Program runs the DotGov top-level domain (TLD) used by government entities in the United States. The DotGov domain registry service is the backbone for the Government’s domain name system, supporting trusted internet transactions, communications, and the web presence for the Government.  The DotGov domain policy, program management, and operational registry services are centralized within The Office of Government-wide Policy’s Office of Information, Integrity, and Access to address policy-related matters, quickly handle more volume, and ensure the ability to interact more efficiently at each phase of the domain management life cycle process.  The Office of Government-wide Policy works collaboratively with many other agencies and stakeholders to coordinate, develop, and implement the strategic and operational actions that will strengthen and protect this critical Government information infrastructure.
