BOSTON – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is auctioning the former Federal Aviation Administration Radio Tower site as part of its mission to deliver value and savings in real estate, acquisition, technology, and other mission support services across the government.
This property is located at 7972 Jackman Hill Road, Ellicottville (Plato), Cattaraugus County, NY 14731.
The property consists of:
2.92 acres
A 375 square foot concrete block / vinyl sided shed
260-foot-tall radio tower
fencing
The auction is currently open and is anticipated to close June 15, 2021. An open house will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Interested bidders must RSVP by email to: Darlene.Pruitt@gsa.gov. Masks will be required at all times during the open house.
