Complete your SAM.gov and eOffer registrations
Before you can compete for contracts with the government, you need to register your business and obtain a unique entity identifier, or UEI, on SAM.gov. You can check out the SAM entity registration checklist for detailed instructions.
Register for eOffer, which you’ll use to submit your offer and accept modifications. You’ll get a FAS ID as part of the registration process. To get a FAS ID, you need to make sure you are listed in SAM as a government business POC, electronic business POC, past performance POC, or alternates of them. Use the FAS ID help guide if you need to.
