Lisa Pearson serves as the Acting Regional Administrator and PBS Regional Commissioner for the Northwest/Arctic Region of the U.S. General Services Administration. She provides leadership and support to the region in delivering programs and services in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington for a portfolio of 504 owned and leased buildings.
Ms. Pearson has held various senior level positions in GSA to include Acting Regional Administrator from November 2021 to August 2022, and Acting PBS Regional Commissioner from December 2016 to March 2018 and again November 2021 to February 2023.
Ms. Pearson began her career with GSA in 2001 as an Employee & Labor Relations Specialist in the Great Lakes Region. Prior to her current role, Ms. Pearson also served with GSA as the Deputy Director for Human Resources Services, the Northwest/Arctic Region Human Resources Director, the Director of GSA’s Consolidated Processing Center, and a National Program Manager for Performance Management & Recognition.
Ms. Pearson began her federal career in 1999 as a Presidential Management Fellow with the Office of Personnel Management, and prior to her federal career served as the National Programs Coordinator for the American Institute of Architecture Students.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Urban Studies from Northwestern University.
