FCS Tour Request

Thank you for your interest in touring GSA’s Federal Center South (FCS) 1202 Building, also known as the Oxbow Building! This building is the Seattle Headquarters to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and home to the Veterans Health Administration. We are excited about the opportunity to take you on a tour of one of the top green buildings in GSA’s Region 10 building portfolio.

To begin the coordination process for your tour we ask that you please contact Ric Gordon FCS Property Manager, 253-931-7720. Our preferred dates and times to schedule a tour are:

Tuesdays and Wednesdays
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

If your group is unable to meet during these dates and times, let us know dates and times you prefer and we will let you know if any of your suggested times are possible.
