It took three scheduling tries, the largest mobile construction crane permitted in New York City, and dozens of dedicated employees, contract and subcontract workers to pull off the installation of a more energy-efficient chiller at the Theodore Roosevelt U.S. Courthouse in Downtown Brooklyn.
