GSA auctioning former Navy vessel “Nomad”
PHILADELPHIA — The U.S. General Services Administration is auctioning an 180-foot-long fast support vessel on behalf of the U.S. Navy. Starting at $50,000 with reserve, the sale includes the approximately 30-foot-long beam vessel and spare parts. The Nomad is reported to be operational but in need of maintenance.

Aluminum hull laid in 2014.

Overall length of 175 feet.

Propulsion: 4 Marine Jet Power 650 jets powered by 4 Cummins QSK-50 Marine Propulsion Diesel Engines 1,800 hp @ 1,900 rpm.
