DAVENPORT, Iowa — Partners involved in outreach to small businesses about contracting opportunities in the Quad Cities region met Oct. 9 to network and share information of mutual interest.

About 100 small business representatives from the Quad Cities area learned how to find and pursue local, state and federal government contracting opportunities.

These local outreach events enhance GSA’s strategic market research by identifying local capable and responsible small businesses with the capacity to perform upcoming or current GSA requirements,” said GSA Small Business Technical Advisor Bill Strobel. “I attend outreach events to educate and assist small businesses looking to do business with GSA and the federal government.”
