Historic multi-residential property in Kansas City, MO, available via online auction

A four-story brick mutli-residential house

KANSAS CITY, Missouri — The U.S. General Services Administration announces the online auction of Windsor Manor, located at 409 E. Armour Blvd. GSA is selling the property on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

The online auction is part of GSA’s ongoing efforts to dispose of excess properties saving taxpayer dollars and making more efficient use of the government’s real estate assets.

This is another example of GSA’s efforts to find a use for federal properties that are no longer needed in the federal inventory,” said Regional Administrator Michael Copeland, GSA’s Heartland Region. “By disposing of the property on behalf of the VA, GSA will reduce the federal footprint, generate revenue and future savings for the government, and help create potential economic development opportunity through revitalization.”
