What was your career journey, to where you are now?
I joined the Missouri Army National Guard when I was 18. After attending two years of college at the University of Central Missouri, I was hired at Whiteman Air Force Base for a federal position. I worked there for about eight years before becoming a contractor with GSA. I had worked in the National Customer Service Center as a contractor for nine years when I applied and was accepted for a government position within the NCSC.

What other federal government or military experience have you had and for how long?
I was in the Missouri Army National Guard for 12 years. I was a federal employee at Whiteman AFB for eight years.

What is your alma mater, degree or special training?
I have worked in logistics for 20 years.

What is your biggest professional or personal accomplishment?
My biggest personal accomplishment is my daughter!

How do you recharge your batteries outside of work?
I spend quality time with my daughter and family. I also enjoy going to the lake and relaxing by the water.

Tell us a little about yourself. Children? Pets? Married? Hobbies?
I have one daughter who is almost 11 years old. She’s absolutely amazing. I have four pets, two cats and two dogs. I enjoy reading, going to the lake, planting and yard work.

What words best describe your personality?
Organized, team player, friendly and caring.

What is one of the items on your bucket list?
I want to go skydiving.

What characteristic or value do you most admire in others?
Empathy and communication skills.
