Statement from Heartland Regional Commissioner on St. Louis mass vaccination site

The U.S. General Services Administration finalized a lease agreement March 29 on behalf of the Federal Emergency Management Agency for space at 701 Convention Plaza, the Dome at America’s Center, in St. Louis, Missouri. The space is to be used as a COVID-19 mass vaccination site.

In accordance with GSA’s mission to acquire space on behalf of other government agencies, GSA signed a lease with the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission for approximately 68,000 rentable square feet for a term of 64 days, 33 days firm, at a total contract value of $652,284.

“Together with our partners, GSA is proud to support the efforts needed to end the pandemic, so we can all return to a strong economy and normal activities,” said GSA Heartland Regional Commissioner Kevin Rothmier.
