VA Vietnam War Commemoration Project Honors GSA Vet

Rick Greve (GSA) and Rodney Derringer (VA)DES MOINES, IOWA — Rick Greve, a Vietnam War veteran and GSA Facility Operations Specialist in Des Moines, recently received recognition from the Department of Veterans Affairs as part of the national 50-year commemoration of the war and those who served. 

Rodney Derringer of the VA’s Des Moines Regional Office presented a Vietnam service lapel pin in gratitude for Rick’s service in U.S. Navy from 1971 to 1975. The VA has partnered with the Department of Defense for the Vietnam War Commemoration program, which will continue through Veterans Day 2025.
